Working at Anexia
A job at Anexia is like no other and is simply more fun. Learn more about working for Anexia.
I decided for an apprenticeship at Anexia because it is a successful, modern company offering a wide range of career opportunities. The young, helpful team at Anexia takes very good care of its employees and apprentices. I work on interesting tasks every day and learn a lot in the process.
“Is every day like Groundhog Day…?” - Not at Anexia. Each day promises new tasks and gives the work enough depth that I’m never bored. From America to Japan, we’ve got an iron in the fire.
During my practicum at Anexia, I was able to gain insight into the professional life of a web developer. I was involved in projects right from the outset. Anexia is bursting with motivation, idealism and commitment.
In the permanent quest to prove and improve itself, Anexia is constantly training new staff and building on the wisdom of experienced employees. The success in recent years and the constant growth reflects Anexia's drive to succeed.
At Anexia, I can fully concentrate on my core competency: software development. I have the chance to dig deep into my long-term project and work with a team, of course. It’s the daily exchange with colleagues, from seniors to rookies, about the possible and impossible modern technologies that gives this work the professional edge.
At Anexia, I have to structure my work myself, and I like it a lot. It’s comforting to see my ability to make decisions taken seriously. I think the reason our team functions so well is because we can take such an active role and have plenty of leeway – I appreciate that a lot. My team is the perfect size for working collaboratively.
I’ve already met Anexia when I was in school - my professor showed told my about Anexia also how a graduate of our school, Alexander Windbichler, had established the company. I was curious about it and reviewed the homepage carefully at home, and I realized quickly: I want to join them! I strove for this goal, now I’m here and very happy with that.
