  • General office organization (correspondence, post, order management, answering the telephone, etc.)
  • Coordination of all travel and meeting management
  • Receiving visitors and offering drinks, etc.
  • Communication with customers and business partners at a high level
  • Fleet management
  • A range of administrative and organizational activities

YOUR PROFILE


  • Completed commercial training and appropriate professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Independent, solution-oriented work
  • Conscientiousness, reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • A friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance
  • Independence and the ability to cope with high workloads
  • Very good command of German and English (spoken and written)


We offer you diverse fields of activity in an exciting environment with performance-based remuneration, interesting customers and challenging tasks. This position offers a starting salary of EUR 1,800 gross per month, based on full-time work. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a possibility of remuneration exceeding the above-mentioned base salary.
