You will support and advise our employees and managers on all HR-related issues and be jointly responsible for the entire employee lifecycle. One of your main tasks will involve clarifying labor, fiscal, and insurance law issues in cooperation with external partners. You will be highly proficient in drawing up employment contracts and HR-related documents, as well as in preparing the monthly payroll. In addition, you will provide support with the implementation of HR projects (e.g. staff appraisals, employee surveys, and workshops), as well as with the ongoing optimization of our HR processes and tools.
- You will hold a relevant qualification, ideally specializing in Human Resources, or have several years’ professional experience in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of Austrian labor law, preferably also international labor law
- Confidentiality, reliability, and loyalty
- Proactive, independent, and responsible approach to your work
- Professional and confident manner
- Strong social skills and tact when dealing with employees
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- IT expertise an advantage
