YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Advising and assisting employees and executives in all aspects relating to human resource management
  • Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle
  • Clarification of issues pertaining to labor law, tax law and insurance law in cooperation with external advisors
  • Creation of employment contracts and all documents dealing with personnel
  • Preparation of personnel accounting on a monthly basis
  • Support of the various departments in the matter of employee qualification including continuation training
  • Planning and implementation of HR projects (e.g., performance reviews, workshops)
  • Continuous optimization of HR processes and tools

YOUR PROFILE


  • Completed training, ideally with a focus on personnel
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Experience and knowledge in personnel development
  • Profound knowledge of Austrian labor law, preferably international labor law
  • Discretion, reliability and loyalty
  • Proactive, independent and responsible method of working
  • A professional and confident manner
  • A high degree of social competence and sensitivity in dealing with people
  • Very good command of German and English (spoken and written)
  • IT affinity


We offer a job that offers a wide range of activities in an exciting environment with performance-related pay, interesting clients and challenging tasks. This position offers a starting salary of €2.300 gross per month, based on full-time employment. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher pay grade is possible.
