  • Wide-reaching support of the sales team in establishing and building on customer relationships
  • Expert consulting and provision of information, primarily over the phone but also via live chat on the company website
  • Creation and preparation of reports, statistics and analyses
  • Maintenance of client master data in the CRM system
  • Offering support and advice to the client base
  • Taking on of a range of administrative and organizational activities, such as telephone service and correspondence


  • Completed professional training, preferably some initial experience in the area of customer acquisition via telephone
  • Communication skills, ability to express yourself in speech and writing, flexibility, dedication and the ability to work in a team
  • Marked analytical style of thinking, the ability to pick things up quickly, excellent organizational skills
  • Independent, structured work with a high level of conscientiousness
  • Very good IT skills and a basic technical understanding that you are keen to expand
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written) and knowledge of CRM are advantageous
