We divide major projects into several smaller projects. The projects are then handled in turn, step-by-step. This keeps the error rate to a minimum and enables us to react quickly to any changes by the customer.
We provide daily reports to all involved on the progress we’ve made and any obstacles that have been encountered. This ensures that the client as well as the project management are informed about the progress of the project at all times and can respond if necessary.
Making sure our work is on target is our top priority. That’s why we have internal reviews after each sub-project. This allows us to convey progress on the project and intermediate results to our customer quickly.
