Anexia has been certified by TÜV Nord according to EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN/IEC ISO 27001:2005.

Just like we do with our project management, we follow a pragmatic, practical process in our quality management system and rely on lean and efficient tools instead of bloated bureaucracy.

Software Quality Management

We use our quality and project management system “activeCollab” as the foundation for identifying any possible issues and problems in our software development processes. All standardized processes are covered by checklists. Software is continuously subjected to manual and automated functional testing during the development stage. User interfaces are constantly subjected to usability testing. The test results are published in our internal developer wiki, which also contains a considerable collection of tried and proven code fragments. This allows us to ensure a continuous growth of our collective knowledge.

Corporate Quality Management


At the corporate level, we systematically collect indicators, complaints, deviations, errors and suggestions for improvement and ask our customers to evaluate us and our work after each project. These findings are used by our quality management department as part of our CIP and are also published on our intranet as topics for discussion or as new instructions for our work. Any potential improvements are then passed on to our employees during our continuous training program.
