Alexander Windbichler founded Anexia in 2006 as a sole proprietorship specializing in IT services. Since then, the company with its headquarters in Klagenfurt, Austria has grown to become a leading provider in almost all areas of information technology, with offices in Austria, Germany and the USA.

Michael Schillapp is Director Sales & Service at Anexia. He has knowledge and expertise from more than 20 years of management activities in the IT service industry. His focus is on "responsible action". His goal is to win prospective customers for Anexia based on trust and to sustainably fulfill the trust towards him.

Oliver Werner is Director Service Development at Anexia and managing Director of our netcup brand. He was one of the founders of netcup, which was acquired by Anexia in 2016. Through his dual studies in Baden-Württemberg and with over 15 years of professional experience, he developed netcup into a high-quality service provider with a broad product portfolio.

Malte von dem Hagen is Director Global Infrastructure at Anexia. With his network and data center teams, he is responsible for the reliable and scalable operation as well as the continuous development of our infrastructures. Before joining Anexia, he was Sr. Director Network Engineering at the world's largest domain registrar.

Christoph Edler von Lerch is Head of Customer Support at Anexia. His responsibilities include the creation of structures and processes with a central focus on customers. Prior to that, he was Program Manager at a leading online mail order company. He is particularly interested in breaking down traditional role models and diversity.

Alexander Friessnegg is Head of Human Resources at Anexia. After studying business administration, he held various management positions. His goal is to provide the people working together with the best possible workplace experience, development opportunities, competence enhancement and continuous learning success.

Alexander Griesser is Head of System Operations at Anexia. Prior to that, he worked as a software developer and IT system and network administrator in the private sector and in healthcare. He has been with Anexia since 2011 and, together with his team of over 60 colleagues, he is responsible for the operation, expansion and further development of the global server infrastructure.

Bruno Hautzenberger is Head of Platform Solutions at Anexia. He and his team are responsible for the development of the Anexia Engine. His strengths are in communication, as well as in bringing complex contexts into a planable structure. Previously, he was a co-founder and CTO of his own company.

Michaela Hillebrand is Head of Finance at Anexia. Together with her team, she is responsible for the accounting and finance of all Anexia Group companies. Previously, she worked in a tax consulting firm and in corporate accounting. Her constructiveness and solution orientation display her as a leader.

Reinhard Hübl is Head of Service Management at Anexia. Before joining Anexia, he worked for several years as a business unit manager at a technology group. His experience is in project and service management as well as IT consulting. As the customer's "lawyer", he and his team are available as a central point of contact.

Benjamin Klempin is Head of Marketing & Communications at Anexia. In 2008 he founded the advertising agency Pixelboss, which has been responsible for the visual implementation of Anexia's whole corporate presence since 2011. In the course of an expansion of the marketing department, Anexia acquired the company including its employees in November 2014.

Markus Narrenhofer is Head of Sales at Anexia. Before joining Anexia in 2019, he worked as Head of Sales for international corporations and in IT consulting. Gernot Nusshall is Head of Service Delivery at Anexia. Previously, he worked in various positions in the IT and telecom industry and has a proven track record in national and international lighthouse projects. His goal is to deliver Anexia services effectively and efficiently to customers based on their requirements.

Stephan Peijnik-Steinwender is Anexia's Head of Research & Development. Having joined Anexia in 2010 during his studies of Computer Science, he has spearheaded technical innovation efforts ever since. Contributing his vast experience in the fields software architecture and development, Stephan leads engineering of Cloud Services on a software level at Anexia.

Christian Pick is Head of Software Solutions & Integration at Anexia. More than 15 years of experience as an account manager and project manager in international telecommunications companies are reflected in Christian Pick's work. Project coordination based on establishing a consensus between the customer and the development team is his top priority.

Sascha Sauer is Head of Logistics at Anexia. Before joining Anexia in 2023, he was Managing Director and Head of Logistics at various retail and logistics service providers. His main task at Anexia is to build up a logistics system that is specialized to our needs. His motto: "Be the change you want to see in this world."
